 The first step, another people must be try to open the mind set,because majority  people in the world thinking “ they can’t be lose the wight with sport activity” so many people choice the instan way. Have to control the mind to remain optimistic to run a healthy diet program, do not have a pessimistic mind so that most people take the road that instant, such as taking diet drugs and extreme diet. It will all have a negative impact on health.
