          Sundanese food. Sunda is a tribe that is very rich with culture and also food, eating typical of sunda much enjoyed by society of sunda and from outside sunda. Sundanese cuisine is famous for its sweet taste, salty savory fresh and spicy sour with a varied flavor makes people who try it hooked. sweet taste in the cuisine with a relatively soft texture of food sticking perfectly on your tongue with a delicious salty taste, and a spicy flavor that can make your body pouring sweat with spicy sour dessert fresh into a delicious dish to eat. not only is it very famous Sundanese food from processed rice namely rice timbel, rice liwet and tutug oncom

          Timbel is a famous food in the west java region especially in indonesia they know this type of cuisine, this cuisine comes from tribe of sunda with soft texture, size berfariasi, unique shape and attractive packaging so as able to attract hunger for those who see his. its soft texture "pulen" has its own charm to enjoy, its size ranging from small size to size as big as adult calf, its shape is identical with round and its size is about 30 cm, the banana leaf wrap adds natural and the typical smell of banana leaves always upload appetite. at first rice timbel is a dish for the farmers, but along with the times, we can now easily find this cuisine in Sundanese restaurant throughout Indonesia. As for the additional menu that matches the lead rice is salted fish, empal, vegetables and also sambel goang so as to add a sense of pleasure to the audience. besides rice timbel also there again liwet rice, this is no less delicious than rice nasi timbel.

Tutug oncom rice is actually a typical food Tasikmalaya. This food is called tutug because in Sundanese it means pounding. So the process of stirring and pounding rice with oncom in Sunda known as tutug oncom. Nasi tutug oncom can be served along with side dish such as fried tofu, fried tempe, fried chicken, vegetable salad, and chili paste.

            So the typical food of the tribe of sunda is a familiar food in the tongue of Indonesian society. because it feels like this food is much enjoyed by many people, both in terms of taste and of its form. with typical sweet, savory savory, fresh acids, so that will be able to arouse your appetite.
